Fight Abilities:
Boss: The boss will regenerate its health unless it is hit by players affected by void infusion Entropic crash: Aoe around the boss that will deal fatal damage if you stand in it. move away from the boss when this is cast (drop off damage) Mutterings of insanity: This ability is cast on multiple players (1 per add up). This ability slows you over 5 seconds eventually not allowing you to move. When this ends you will blow up dealing significant damage and stunning everyone within 12 yards of you. Move out with this ability. Void Glare: All the eye adds including the boss will cast a beam in front of them dealing a good amount of ticking damage to those in it. (find the safe spot and avoid these) Void infused ichor: Upon killing a tentacle, pools will spawn near it. These pools allow you to damage the boss for 30 sec. When this expires you can't pick up another pool for 1.5 min (killing a tentacle also deals damage to the boss) Adds: Eye of Drest'agath: 1) Mind Flay: An interruptable cast that slows it's target and deals minor ticking damage to them 2) Errant Blast: If the add reaches 100 energy (should be killed before this) he will do significant damage to anyone in 8 yards for 9 sec Tentacle of Drest'agath: 1) Crushing slam: deals significant damage to anyone in it's area. Move out when this is going off 2) Void Miasma: circle around the add (like the bombs on jade fire). that line of sights you from those in it with those outside of it. However, you can't hit the add unless your inside. Being in the circle does deal ticking damage to you. So dip in and out of the circle or send a healer inside. 3) Reality Tear: when the add reaches 100 energy the add will create a moving hole every 3 sec for 9 sec. If you touch this you will take significant damage Maw of Drest'agath (Range add) : 1) Mutterings of betrayal. This add will apply a stacking heal absorb to those within 10 yards. If you reach 4 stacks you become hostile. 2) Acid splash: The add will spit acid at a player dealing significant damage to anyone in 4 yards 3) Spine Eruption: when the add reaches 100 energy it will release a random sized ring of spines that deal significant ticking damage to those in them every 3 sec for 9 sec. |
